PET POLICY

Welcome to Hillview Motel. We are pleased to offer accommodation for our guests and their pets. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you review our pet policy. We are pet friendly (to small breeds only)! The pet fee is $15.00 per pet. This fee is designed to cover additional cleaning costs and maintenance associated with accommodating pets. The number of pets allowed is two only per room. To maintain comfort of all our guests, we have a size limitation and pet weight limit is 8 kg.

To ensure the safety of our guests and furry friends, a copy your pets vaccination records may be requested upon check-in.

Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Pets should be well behaved and always kept on a leash or in a carrier when in a common area.

Please be mindful of noise disturbances caused by your pet. No barking outside or in the rooms when other guests are around if your dog excessively barks you will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

Pets must not be left unattended in rooms at any time, if a pet is left unattended in a room the council will be called to remove the pet and the pet can be retrieved from the pound at your cost.

Pet owners are financially responsible for any damages resulting from you pets behaviour this includes allowing the pets on the beds.

Excess pet hair found in the rooms or evidence of pets being allowed on the beds will result in extra charges.

At Hillview we have a large back area where you pets can run and play however, it is your responsibility to clean up any messes made by your pets.

Constant failure to clean up after your pets will result in our Motel no longer being pet friendly.

By bringing your pet to our Motel, you agree to abide by this pet policy.

Please be mindful not all our guest are pet lovers, but all our guests have a right to a comfortable, quiet and enjoyable stay.
